piano rolls

After John and I shared our Christmas morning with Miles and he got a couple naps in, we ventured up North to see the Zabel family. If you are just joining my blog, you may not know that I lost my first husband, Andy, to cancer. I have been very fortunate that I didnโ€™t lose…

Thanks for sharing the cute pictures! We truly enjoyed our time together as well. By the way, who’s that hot guy singing the Christmas carols? I’d like to take him home with me… ๐Ÿ˜‰

Betsy, That’s SO awesome you can enjoy the company of two sets of in-laws. If something were to happen to Nick, I couldn’t imagine cutting his family out of my life because I love them so much and obviously you feel the same about the Zabels.

As for you and the piano, what would Marna Jo say about those years of lessons “not sticking?” hehe …

    Happy holidays!

Christmas, continued.

Ok, so Iโ€™m a blogging fool. John is playing with his new uber nerdy mouse and updated Mac with Leopard he got for Christmas plus itโ€™s a holiday so I donโ€™t feel like I should be working on client work. Therefore, guilt-free blogging! Miles got this little musical thingy and we were thrilled that Miles…

DO NOT buy that shootsac cover! My friend Lauren has it and it’s SO flimsy. The black and white one is a thicker material. Usually with Shootsac covers… the cheaper they are the flimsier they are. ๐Ÿ˜€

CUUUUUUTE photos of Miles! DUH! ๐Ÿ˜€ My favorite is the one of him with that hat on. AHHH!!!! HE’S SO ADORABLE!!!!! ๐Ÿ˜€

well shoot. (no pun intended) As usual Bobbi you have the inside story. What would I do without you? (Probably have crappy lenses and flimsy shootsac covers.)

Too bad I can’t sew and just make my own fun cover. I’m not in love with many of the other patterns.

We all slept in today, gotta kick booty and get moving on my day!

I use my 50mm f/1.8 a lot… I wonder what advantages having the 85mm would be…? Any insight? Merry Christmas! LOVE the sleepy eyes shots. ๐Ÿ™‚

minky and ribbons

We had a wonderful first christmas with Miles and I canโ€™t wait to share the photos. The first set Iโ€™ll share is of Miles when he got his custom made โ€œminkyโ€ blanket. It was something I won from a photo contest on a cloth diaper site a while back and it was handmade with custom…

Oh what fun! It looks like the three of you had a wonderful, first Christmas together! I can’t wait to see more pics! ๐Ÿ™‚

Merry Christmas to all of you! ๐Ÿ™‚

Merry Christmas!

This has been a wonderful christmas so far and we are only thirty-one minutes in! Why am I blogging on Christmas morning? Well, we opened a bottle of wine while we wrapped Milesโ€™ gifts and boy oh boy that needs to wear off before I attempt to go to bed or Iโ€™ll be keeping one… Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger...

Merry Christmas to you too! Yes, I am awake and, of course, I read your blog before turning in for the short night ahead of me. Lex and Noah will be awake in no time as they are anxiously awaiting what Santa has in store for them. 2:09 in the AM…whew…The years get shorter and shorter. Peace and Happiness, Merry Christmas!, Love, Jennie

Bets, I’m just now getting around to reading your Xmas Eve post and I had to laugh that you guys ended up eating at Cheddar’s รขโ‚ฌโ€ that is one of my FAVORITE places to eat when I’m home. I HAVE to have the onion rings (SO good) and my other is Pizza Hut. Because nothing beats Fort Wayne’s brown-roofed, Dick Freeland Pizza Huts!!

Sounds like you had a great Xmas – did you get the 85mm lens? Lucky girl!! I got a B&H photo gift card, so I think it’s a flash for me!!!

LOVED the “3 Kings” card. Since your hubby is in to classical stuff, I should mail you guys this rendition of “We 3 Kings” that blends the carol with Fur Elise รขโ‚ฌโ€ it is one of my FAVORITE Christmas piano books to play from!
