madeline’s senior photos

Madeline is my last senior of the year (sniff…sniff!) but I did end on very high note photographing her until we ran out of autumn light and of course, warmth, one November afternoon. When I saw those boots, I did a little (mental) happy dance. Love this look, oh and Madeline? You are OWNING that…

bringing the family together

Well, I pulled it off. I hosted my family of twelve people for Thanksgiving this year, which I realized, is pretty daunting to attempt to do when your toddler is running under foot. (Thank you John, for taking Miles swimming so I could bake the pies!) I can’t say I kept my cool 100% of…

Hope that you were able to relax a bit this weekend! I’m sure your family had a blast with you guys!

  • tiffany zajasDecember 1, 2009 - 9:10 pm

It looks like you pulled off Thanksgiving splendidly! We also hosted Thanksgiving this year, and I roasted my first turkey. It was quite the fun experience. 🙂 Glad you had a good holiday!

miles creates his own (imaginary) solar powered cars

He was pretty patient. He let those cars get their fill of lamplight for quite awhile before it was time to return them to the floor for more zooming and racing around. (Some people were confused when I first posted this. These are just regular cars, and Miles was just pretending to power them up…

    That is so funny!

We have a nephew who’s big into monster trucks. When one of his trucks “catches fire”, he asks for some tape to help put it out. If there’s no tape around, he simply presses his face up against it and uses his eyes to extinguish the flames.

    Kids are brilliant!

daddy’s home!

John had a business trip (to Flordia, no less) over the long weekend and I had a little taste of single mom-hood. To all the single mother’s out there, I bow to you. Seriously. I really am not that great at the single mom thing. I’m definitely more of a team player. My willful and…

I am the exact same way when my husband is gone… stay up WAY to late and eat VERY badly. 🙂

  • MeganNovember 25, 2009 - 8:57 am

I adore the reaction of the lady passing by!! Too cute!

sarah’s senior photos

I could sense Sarah’s energetic and bubbly spirit when she first contacted me and that only grew in the days before her shoot as we prepped for her big session. We had a great time running around town, turning heads (her of course!) while I captured said energy and “bubbliness.” I absolutely love natural laughing… Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger...
