introducing jocelyn to amy

Going back in time a bit, here’s one of my dearest friends, Amy, holding Jocelyn a couple weeks ago. She’s expecting her first baby this winter (YIPPEE!) so I’m OVER THE MOON thrilled that our babies will be so close in age. Yes, I’m already fantasizing about our kid’s lives together. If she has a…

life around the house lately

It’s been a month since Jocelyn was born (Totally can’t believe it!) The pugs are back from their month long stay at camp Grandma and Grandpa’s house and Stamp wasted no time snuggling in.  I don’t blame her. Jocelyn is the snuggliest little baby. She just loves to be held and cuddled. In case you…

Miles rocked that solar system! And I can’t believe how much Jocelyn has changed already. She is so, so pretty. Hope you get some rest this week mama!

So fun to have a peak into your daily life. Glad you’re surviving and soaking it all in!

O I hear ya on the car screamer. My second child was the same and it made life really difficult. I would time his naps to co-incide with car trips….although another problem was that he was a cat napper as well! Hopefully Jossy will begin to enjoy the car like all good babies should!!!

At least you got some great shots of the solar system before it blew up. You have the cutest kids!

That solar system is super impressive!!! So glad Miles liked is Automoblox! Our house thinks those things are the coolest! Hoping more sleep comes your way sometime soon! Take it easy!

night photos

Lately, our days have been pretty much all work (me at home and John at the studio trying to get caught up from his time off with me) and any “me time” John and I used to have is clearly going to be “WE time” for quite a while. The days are full of me…

She has grown SOOO much in such a short amount of time! What a cutie. I cannot wait to see who she looks like. Is she favoring Miles’ baby photos? It’s hard to tell b/c I don’t remember many of his newborn shots.

keeping miles busy

We’ve been working hard to keep Miles busy these days. He plows through crafts, activities, toys and even impromptu solo dance parties like crazy these days, so we keep our eyes open for stuff nearby John can take him to while I stay home with the baby. Our latest find? The free Saturday morning workshops… Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger...

  • Tira JAugust 17, 2010 - 12:01 pm

What a great program. We have a Lowe’s very close to us, and I will find out if they have this workshop for the kiddos. Get more rest!

  • jessAugust 17, 2010 - 1:54 pm

  • KelliAugust 19, 2010 - 11:37 am

That apron is so cute! So is Miles!

  • Heather CorporanAugust 20, 2010 - 12:08 pm

Our 4 and 5 year old did this for the first time saturday as well. Are these aprons not the cutest things ever! They are so excited for mommy to stitch on their bug box badges! We’ve already signed up for the school bus next time. Check out Home Depot if you have on in your area, they do one a month, and ours is different from Lowe’s so during the colder months to come, three saturdays a month they’ll have a craft to do with daddy!
