the sweetest little things

After an afternoon at Science Central last weekend we popped into Tom’s doughnuts for a little treat. I’ve been trying to put away my iphone camera and use my professional camera more often to capture the beauty in the every day little things. John snapped this one of me too, because as much as I…

carly & george

This is the third timeI’ve photographed the Romey family, but this time it was all about baby George! He’s such a doll, we all had so much fun in the studio for his shoot. Carly is so beautiful and her love for her children shines through in these photos. If anybody thinks that baby George…

Oh my gosh, I was SO thinking, “Wait, haven’t I seen that same photo of this kid before?” Can’t BELIEVE how much he looks like his sister! What a darling series! Cannot wait for you to recreate some of these with me and Dean! (BTW, where do I get a diaper cover like the one this little guy is wearing? I love it!)

my favorite things: spring 2013

I really miss blogging and want to get back into posting more more. So I thought what better way to get back into blogging than with a “My Favorite Things” post. It’s been awhile, so here’s a few of my favorite things. I heard about the PBS show, Call the Midwife, sometime last year and…

Run the earbud cord up your shirt. That is what I do when cleaning to prevent having them ripped out of my ears.

I second the love for Endless Alphabet. My 2 year old loves it. I NEVER pay for apps, and I would happily paid for it after seeing it on a friends ipad. It was still free to download just a month ago!

Laura beat me to it! Cord under the shirt is the way to go. Then if you need to pop the buds out to, I don’t know… order at the deli and then pop them back in so other shoppers will leave you the heck alone… it is a quick and easy process and you don’t have to go hunting for them. I have a new pair of pants that would be my absolute fav except they don’t have pockets… I am going to have to look in to that belt, that is kind of awesome. If I could also fit chapstick in there my life would be complete 😉

our easter weekend: 2013

Our Easter weekend was filled with egg decorating, laughs, candy, bed head, cinnamon rolls, snuggles, sniffles (I was sick) and surprises. Here’s about five million photos from our Easter holiday with my little family of four and my mom and Aunt Joanie. We told Miles to change his shirt to dye eggs so he puts…

allison, mitch and francis

Last year I visited Allison at her beautiful home to visit and photograph baby Francis. It seems like I blinked my eyes and he was a year old and coming to my studio like a big boy. Here he is as a newborn: Here’s Francis with his mom and dad all cozy in my studio…. Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger...
