Ever since Jocelyn started crawling Miles has showed us time and time again, in many various ways, that he is not thrilled to share his toys with his sister. It hasn’t been fun being a referee ALL DAY LONG. I’ve had visions of our house just being a fight zone for the next fourteen years. (NOT what I signed on for at all.) Finally, we had a glimmer of hope the other day that Miles could actually enjoy his sister and, miracles of all miracles, share toys.
He had a blast scooting Jocelyn around and around the kitchen and living room. Jossy seemed a bit in shock that Miles was actually playing with her.
This pic is pretty cluttered, but I like how it shows Miles checking in on Joss here.
Here’s hoping we see more of this. I so badly want them to be close and love each other. I’m sure they will. Poor Miles, he’s been the star of the show for three and a half years, so he’s still adjusting. Heck, we all are!
So cute! Jocelyn’s face in all of these are like “mom, what’s going on??” 🙂
Adorable! Love that side table in the last photo. So cute.
He will be her biggest fan, just you wait! 🙂
I am in LOVE with that first picture! So cute!
I love that bag in the bottom picture! Ha!
those pictures are wonderful..I found a toy babydoll pink stroller in the upstairs attic..must have been Emily’s..can’t wait to bring it to ya..he he he…
Could he look more proud?! They are precious!!!
Thats awesome!….all of it 😉
My son and daughter are 6 yrs. apart. They have always been very close. But we were very aware of the age difference, my brother and I are the same, but not close at all. We made sure to never ask him to be a baby sitter, he always had his own room and toys, and friends and we think that helped.
That first shot is fantastic!!! Love these – hope ours get there, too!!
Ok, so I am all for sharing – my Michael is still trying REALLY hard to not be mean to little Andrew – but what I am wondering is…how on earth are your floors so clean? I am a couple more weeks from breaking down and hiring a cleaning lady! seriously though – your kids are beautiful!!!! so happy to see Miles enjoying his sister. love and lots of hugs, ~Chelsa
REEEEEEEWINNNNNNND!!!!! Has anyone noticed that in that first photo… Miles is a SPITTIN’ image of JOHN??!!?!?!!!!? I’ve never (other than his big blue eyes) seen a major resemblance… but in THAT photo… holy cowabunga batman, they’re twins!
