I have to be honest and say I have been a GROUCH for the past 3 nights in a row because instead of blogging Abby’s sneek peek, I have been dealing with hard drive issues. (Such a BORING topic, I know.) Hard drive issues are expected when you are a photographer as they don’t last forever, and I was prepared with back ups. However, the ordeal has totally cut into my fun editing time. Grrrrrr. (Thank you John for your tech help and patience with my, at times, less than fun attitude.) So I’m THRILLED that I can finally go to bed with a little peek at Abby’s session on my blog. This photo has been burning a hole in my pocket as I’ve waited for the chance to post it.

Abby, I know I have told you this a million times but I LOVE your bangs (You are so tempting me to try them) and your eyes are GORGEOUS! I kind of can’t get over it. Actually, I haven’t worked on a senior yet whose eyes didn’t just blow me away the whole time I was shooting them and editing the photos.

I’m looking forward to telling you all about Abby’s shoot which I have affectionately called the “off the beaten path” shoot. Appropriately named, huh Abby? She wanted a natural setting so we stomped through the woods for a couple of hours last weekend searching for neat spots to shoot in. She was an AMAZING trooper. There I was, in my boots and she was this beautiful thing in a sleeveless top & flip flops keeping up with me as I trampled through the thorns. I LOVE it when beautiful girls like Abby are just as real and beautiful on the inside. 🙂

Gotta run, I’m finally ready to go to bed happy, after my three days of grouchiness. Yippee! Nothing like getting a beautiful photo on my blog to turn my mood around.
