do you like me? Or do you “like” me like me?

I did it. I locked myself in the office this morning and threw myself into “work mode,” preparing things to get back to shooting again as soon as possible. I’ve been on the fence about returning and leaving the bliss of stay-at-home-momdom, but the advent of an amazing babysitter in my life and an inspiring night at my studio, I decided to jump back in.

So first things first, I created a a Facebook Fan Page to get things rolling. I think I just heard groans and eye rolls spread across the internet. I know, I know. To some, it’s annoying to be asked to “like” someone’s page, and I’ve held off as long as I can. However, it really is a great way to let everybody know when sessions are available and other announcements. (Especially when the bulk of my clients are high school seniors!)

If you want my new session information once it’s available and be the first to be updated when my limited number of bookings will be released, please “like” my fan page. If you have a facebook account, please GO HERE.

Of course, I will be posting things here as well because I understand that not everyone does Facebook. However, I will be posting on my Facebook page first.

My plan is to release my new session information soon and then I’ll release dates to interested parties and take them on a first come, first serve basis. The last time I did this I sold out pretty quickly because I do only take a limited number of sessions.

Thanks to everyone for being so supportive of me during my nice long family leave. You know me, my family is still number one in my life and will always be. I’m just making room for my business again.

Good luck on getting back in the game! I’m sure your transition will go great! I have say, I really admire you for taking time off for your family. I think it’s one of those “easier said than done” things but you did it flawlessly! Looking forward to seeing your amazing work in the near future!
