This photo is actually the wallpaper on my iphone and even after seeing it 100 times a day, when I came across it accidentally while ordering client prints tonight, it still stops me in my tracks.

Miles was around 5 months old for this photo taken on his dresser in his nursery with one tiny window, so it’s a bit over two years old. I remember holding the camera with one hand, Miles with the other because he was jussssst not quite sitting up by himself yet. I remember how much fun he was to photograph at this age because he couldn’t walk or run away. Oh, those were the days…

I just had to share this photo again, those big round eyes, those cheeks and his precious little “bird mouth” as we called it. I just thought it was funny that even though I see this photo all day on my phone, it still is one of my favorites that makes me stop and say, “John, come and see this precious face!”

So I’m actually saying, “Blog readers! Come and look at this precious face!!!”
