Our sweet, inquisitive, headstrong, imaginative, inventive and joyful Miles turns seven today. We celebrated his birthday yesterday with a simple playdate with his best friend, little sis, and lots and lots of Skylanders swag. The weather was awful out, so the only ones that made it were my dad and a very brave Chris, Nicole and their sweet son, Zachary. Even though it was small in attendance, it was a perfect day filled with fun and love for our sweet boy. Oh and by the way, I thought that six was such an awesome age and Miles has assured me that seven will be even BETTER! I don’t doubt him for a minute. We are already having a blast.
