These stuffed monsters are so something I would take up to John in a gift shop and say, “Daddy, can we take it home?” He would look at me like I was nuts and I would mope away, putting it back on the shelf. He is so not an impulsive shopper. (In these times, I have to say, I’m thankful for that.)
(The descriptions of the monsters are from the manufacturer. I wish I could say I came up with them. Though it would be fun to just make new ones up for them.)
buddy is surprisingly deep for someone who spends so much of his time zoned out.
colin divides his time between playing video games and fretting about his future.
andy never misses an opportunity to act out scenes from his favorite movie… in detail… with sound effects.
Sorry, I just saw these nutty things on one of my favorite blogs I stalk and had to share.
In other news, thank you to all the loving and supportive comments I got regarding the post about my sister. Wow, all day long I was lifted up by bloggers that came out of hiding to send me some words of encouragement. Thank you so much.
These are SO adorable and remind me of another favorite, odd plush creature: http://www.uglydolls.com/
And I LOVE Apartment Therapy – I didn’t know they had a kid site!!! Another blog for the blog roll…. d’oh!
I’m a big fan of Buddy!
We’ve seen these! They’re awesome!
