Today was not the greatest day. I was feeling down and just couldn’t shake it. Despite going for the caffeinated tea to try to perk me up, trying some handstands (I’ve heard it can reverse your energy flow or something) and a hot bath, I decided to pull out the big guns and asked John and our friend Chris who was over to start a major laugh-fest by swinging Miles in a blanket like they do at Kindermusik.

Miles LOVES it. Especially when Chris pops his face forward Miles and really gets his giggles going. Check out that static in his hair! He looks like the villain in the Incredibles. I love how he holds his little hands together like he’s completely giddy with happiness.
It’s a total mood elevator. Who needs prozac with Miles around?
Here’s to tomorrow being Friday (Though honestly around here, we only follow the days of the week when dealing with the outside world) and it’s going to be a GREAT day! What do you think? Are you going to have a great day too? Hope so!

I was feeling pretty poopy yesterday, too, and I also went for the caffeinated coffee…but it just left me shaky and lightheaded 🙂 What a wonderful mood-lifter you had, though!
