This is my aunt Joan with Jocelyn. Oh how I love her but don’t get to see her very often. She was in town a while back so I HAD to get out the camera to catch some snuggles. My mom lost her own mother when she was very young, so her older sister has been like more of what I suppose a wonderful grandmother would be like. Someone who you cherish as a child and can’t wait for your own kids to experience her love. My mom and I are both very lucky to have her.

I don’t get to see her very often, but my heart is filled with the best memories from my childhood of her taking me to the circus, the ice show, parades and shopping. (Oh the shopping trips!) Oh and the laughter. She loves to laugh, everything from just her cute giggle to her great laugh out loud laugh. Of course she’s only a phone call away too and I have had many long chats with her.

Awwwww, there’s my mom and her sis with my kiddos. How precious.
