fully booked for 2009

Fullybooked 2009

I’ve been booked for the year for a couple months now, but haven’t made a big announcement because I love photographing people so much, I wasn’t ready to cut it off for the year. (I still wish I could keep booking people! ARGH!) However, there’s only one of me, not so much time left in the year and I have a sweet boy here at home (two actually!) that need me as well. So I have to cut myself off. It breaks my heart to say no to the awesome people that have been contacting me for shoots, but I have to, or I won’t get everything else taken care of in my life.

Another reason I’m posting this is because a lot of my personal friends are requesting shoots right now and I feel AWFUL saying no to people I love. This is VERY hard for me to say no to because I would LOVE to photograph all of my friends and their beautiful families. I just can’t fit it all in while keeping my own family in tact.

I will be posting soon when I will be opening up my 2010 schedule for bookings. Thank you to everybody for your loyal support and understanding. It’s been another great year and I feel so blessed to be allowed to express my creativity in this amazing way. I’m so excited to see what next year brings!!

PS 2010 Seniors, you can still get your senior photos taken in the spring. It’s a fun time to do it, because the excitement of graduation is thick in the air. So no worries! Just keep your eyes on my blog for when I’m opening up my spring schedule.

Besty, I found your site through prophoto and within minutes added your blog to my google reader. I just connect to your images and your words. I feel like your voice rings true and if we were in the same town we’d be friends.

This post is a triumph. I hope you celebrated your amazing and (from a budding professional photographer that can only dream right now of reaching this point) unbelievable accomplishment. I’m happy to fly out and help you with any extra work you might have ;-).

Anyway, can’t wait to see what your holiday season brings.

Cheers and congrats again, Shelly Waldman
