It’s my family! Well, at least my mom and all her grandchildren, aka my nieces and nephews and of course my kiddos are in there too. Everybody was so awesome during the shoot, except my little Joss was feeling very shy that day. Hopefully someday soon she’ll fall in love with my camera. A huge thank you goes out to my mom for getting all the kids to the studio (on time too! Impressive!) and for buying us all lunch afterward. (Smith party of 11!)

My studio can’t fit large groups very well, so I thought I would focus on just the kids for this shoot. Of course my mom, who loves her grandkids more than life itself, needed to be in the shot as well. The group is a mix of my brother Craig’s kids, who lives not too far away up North and my sister, who is no longer with us, has a son, who is in the Navy and her daughter Emily.

Even though my kids don’t have cousins their own age, the rest of the gang are so great with them and very patient with Miles’ energy. Kurtis, who was home for a visit from the Navy kept Miles endlessly amused with a rousing conversation on super heroes. Miles is lucky to have so many cooler older cousins to hang out with.

Gotta get to bed, I just realized it’s almost 1 AM. Yikes! Nighty night guys!
