I came across a couple of photos tonight taken in our backyard. Here’s my boys, investigating leaves. Miles is SO serious about studying those leaves! Oh my boy and that amazing brain of his. Today a friend was showing Miles a red toy bird that she said was a hummingbird. Miles replied, “Actually, that’s a cardinal.” (Oh goodness…) I also heard he told his preschool teacher that the Vilvadi piece she was playing on the CD player was The Four Seasons. So this boy of ours has a brain for detail, that is for sure. I do my best to just keep up and keep my story straight. (There’s no fooling this guy anymore.)
…and it’s not just Miles who gets all the attention in our backyard. Our neighbor’s puppy makes the daily appearance and she graduates from puppy school tomorrow. (Awwwwwww!) Congrat’s Lucy!
So there’s a bit of randomness for you. until next time, nighty night!
The four seasons!?!? Are you kidding me! How does one go about raising a GENIUS!?
He is also a whiz at playing Hi Ho cherrios, and Chutes and ladders…Gonna try chess next….You should see him play two sticks as a violin…Can’t Think what he would have done to a bedroom???
Can you please tell Miles that Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is one of my FAVORITE musical pieces?! Then introduce him to Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue so the pair of us can have something else to gush about when I see this kid in a few weeks! HAHAHA…Love that boy!
