Miles came home today with a whole bag of Valentines from preschool and before I could turn around, he had two suckers out of their wrappers and into his mouth. (I was very jealous of that Tootsie pop, my favorite!)

Miles doesn’t get candy very often so when he gets it, he’s in the ZONE.

Of course, two suckers become drumsticks in no time.

Yes, that is a Paperlili Teeshirt that Miles is wearing. I’m so glad it finally fits! Silly me ordered a 4T this fall when school started. Duh, but just had to give him a handful of months and it fits now!

After raiding his V-Day stash, he found some foam racing track and stood on it exclaiming, “I’m a skier in the Olympics!” I couldn’t believe it. Man, I would kill to still have that imagination. So I taped them to his feet with masking tape and he zoomed all over the house. He even napped with his “Skis” on.

BTW, doesn’t he look SOO big? He’s 90th percentile for height now (and 70th percentile for weight, if the grandma’s want to know.) He has a torso about a mile long and shorter legs which is so me, but long arms like John, so it will be interesting to see whose body he gets between the two of us.

I would write more about what’s banging around in my head, but I made the mistake of eating a Gyro tonight and I have KILLER heartburn. Ouchy Chihuahua! I knew the fries were a mistake the minute I ordered them, but couldn’t resist. Well, I’ve declared the next five months fry free! I’m off to go moan and groan.
