Thanks to my lovely babysitter Sam coming home for spring break, I was able to get some work done this week. Yay! Of course we all managed to get her sick by mid-week so even though I was able to get some work done, I didn’t end up fitting in my birthday pedicure. Oh how ever will I manage? (The same way I have managed for the past 6 months without a pedicure!)

Getting these photos done was a nice gift this week though because photos sure don’t do anybody any good just sitting in the raw on my harddrives. So thank goodness our babysitter isn’t the type to go party where ever it is that college kids go to party. (I wouldn’t know, I’m a year older today, remember?)

Here’s a peek into my latest project, these adorable brothers, Joe & Gabe.

Oh look at that sneaky little Gabe pinching his big brother. These guys were just too cute, not that I have to tell you that.

The whole time I was editing these I just kept thinking about how great it will be for them to have these when they are my age. (and also hoping that my two kiddos will love each other as much!)

The timing of me getting these photos done by today was perfect as Joe & Gabe’s Mom’s Clothing line, called Matilda Jane Clothing just released another line today. So go check out what those creative gals over at MJC are doing. If you don’t know about them, they are seriously a big deal, doing HUGE things, way beyond their clothing. (like building houses for Habitat for Humanity and lifting up other women over and over. It’s pretty inspiring to see.) Oh and yea, they are right here in Fort Wayne. Pretty cool stuff.

I could go on but I gotta run, there’s pink cake to be eaten!
