lots of sMiles

Tonight during our walk (or for Miles and John, run and me, waddling along with the pugs trying to keep up) we re-discovered a fun past time from when Miles was a baby. The simple joy of running towards Miles and watching his face LIGHT up with glee as John approaches to snatch him up…

miles’ new room

It’s late and I should be in bed, so this will have to be a quick blog. LOTS has been going on around here. I’ve been cleaning out closets, sewing a quilt for the nursery wall hanging and we have been sprucing up Miles’ bedroom which has gone untouched every since he moved out of…

Your last sentence made me chuckle, because I feel the same. I have 5 1/2 weeks left to go in this (my first) pregnancy…and I don’t do anything graceful anymore. My husband is such a sound sleeper, but he wakes up for every one of my nightly departures from and arrivals back into bed. Best wishes for your the rest of your pregnancy and with the new little one!

  • […] may recall that we put a magnet board up in Miles’ room. It continues to be a hit. I ended up getting a basket for him to put all […]

Nest to your hearts content Betsy! Enjoy every single moment of it. Funny, the other day when you posted the yarn / project, I thought maybe it was a girl, and then today with the blue socks, Boy? ha ha. You tricky girl! I think you have set a great example for so many other photographers out there who don’t take a maternity leave and wrap things up. Thank you for doing that for me when it is my turn! Have a fabulous day! xoxo
