So it’s pretty obvious that I’m under construction here. Bear with us as we under go some changes. I have been DYING to update my blog, but changes around here have to come in snack size quantity.

More info on where I got such a cool blog once it’s all complete, which should be soon. Just a few more bells and whistles to add to this baby before she’s running on all 8 cylinders. Or is it 16? Oh, like I know car metaphors.

Anyway, one of the cool things about my new blog is the big, beautiful sized photos I can share with you.

Also, because there are just not enough hours in the day, we are working on this in the middle of the night. (Can I mention I have an out of town friend coming tomorrow and I SO need to clean my house before she comes. I literally have a bucket of mop water sitting out in my kitchen being ignored while I chug away at my new blog.) So that means there are loose ends to tie up, including sleeping on the pattern I have chosen for this blog. Right now I like it. I think it’s delightfully random, but who knows how I’ll feel tomorrow. So yes, I fully realize that I’ve got the equivalent of my underwear showing when I have the istock watermark on my blog pattern still there, but I just need more than 20 minutes to make up my mind. (Plus it’s a bit pricier than just a couple bucks, so I’m not ready to jump on it.) I’ll sleep on it and see how I feel tomorrow.

Here are a couple of random thoughts before I head to bed:

I get to photograph a five month old baby this week! I’m already so excited. I LOVE that age!!!!

I got Miles to go to sleep tonight by tucking in a stuffed lion (given to him by miss Cassie pictured above) in his crib. He actually bought it and laid down next to his lion and smiled while I tucked him in as well. Good gracious we have the sweetest baby!!!
